Recently Governor  Schwarzenegger mandated that at least 3% of all State contracts and procurements be with a DVBE Certified company and at least 25% of all State contracts and procurements be with a Small Business Certified company.   VCI satisfies each of these requirements.  VCI has been asked to make our qualifications available to state agencies
