What is needed to participate?

A good video conferencing camera that is compatible with current systems.  (The Polycom Viva Video II is good and costs about $600 new.)  A Polycom View Station will allow a group of people to participate at its site.

• A high speed line (DSL) with 256 Kb or more speed capacity.
• Via Video operates through your personal computer.  View Station operates through a television monitor or movie projector and screen.
• The systems operate over the Internet. No telephone fees.
