From 1988 to early 2004 Process Learning Centers worked with individuals and organizations interested in education reform or other nonprofit activities. During November 2004 Waits and Campbell decided to build a network of individuals and organizations interested in or using video conferencing. This web page is dedicated to that concept. Many of the activities described on this webpage are also described on the web page of Process Learning Centers www.processlearningcenters.org/
